I won the challenge set by NaNoWriMo 2019.
Here is my certificate. You’re probably wondering what I’m talking about, right? Right –> That way. Yep.
For the second year in a row, I have managed, somehow, to meet the personal challenge of writing at least 50,000 words in the month of November.
Last year, 2018, I tried the challenge for the first time and easily surpassed the target in just twelve days. Being the lazy ass I am, I then stopped and rested on my laurels. What did I do last year?
Well, last year, I wrote 71,379 words of One Bluish Egg. I shall tell you about that soon.

Meanwhile, this year, I huffed and puffed my way across the finish line with a day to spare.
I can now sit back and look at what the toil has wrought – 19 short stories of various sizes and types. Over the month of December I shall drop by to tell you more about the collection.
For now, all you have to know is that it’s called A Long Strange Trip.
